1. Returns
We accept returns on items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned with all original packaging and tags intact.
2. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
- Please package the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
3. Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer.
- Items returned after the 30-day return period.
- Sale or clearance items (unless otherwise specified).
- Gift cards or downloadable products.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Defective or Damaged Items

7. Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
